Group hopes to be first all-Black team to summit Everest

COLORADO, United states — A group of mountaineers is hoping to make historical past by turning out to be the initially all-Black crew to summit Mount Everest. A few Coloradans are part of the group, together with Centaurus Superior Faculty science teacher Eddie Taylor.

Birch Elementary and Centaurus Substantial are both equally part of Boulder Valley School District. O’Brien read about Taylor’s journey from yet another trainer. She speaks to her students every single morning about the expedition.
